Not about fitness goals or clean eating — it asks whether you are genuinely caring for the body that carries everything else. How you move, how you fuel yourself, how much rest you truly allow. Through an Ayurvedic lens it also asks whether you are living in tune with your constitution and current season of life, or quietly fighting against it.
Boundaries, Self-Definition & Inner Authority
How much of your life is actually yours? This pillar looks at the gap between who you truly are and the version of yourself you perform for others — your family, your clients, your audience. It measures whether your boundaries are real, or whether you are still living inside someone else's expectations of you, even silently.
Purpose, Direction & Sustainable Performance
This pillar does not assume you already know your purpose — it asks whether the way you are spending your energy is pointed toward something that genuinely matters to you. For some people that means recalibrating a career that has drifted. For others it means excavating what they actually want for the first time.
Worthiness, Receiving & Abundance
Your capacity to actually let good things in — support, rest, money, love, recognition — without deflecting, minimising, or feeling like you need to earn it first. This is the most underestimated block in high-functioning people. Exceptional at giving, almost incapable of receiving. This pillar asks how wide your gate actually is.
Relationships, Belonging & Energy Exchange
The quality of energy in your closest relationships — personal and professional. Not just whether they are “good” but whether they are reciprocal, whether you feel truly seen, and whether you are showing up as yourself or as the version of you that keeps the peace.
Spiritual Connection, Intuition & Trust
Your relationship with something larger than your to-do list — whether you call it intuition, source, nature, or simply that quiet inner knowing you sometimes override with logic. This pillar measures whether you are operating purely from willpower and control, or whether you have access to a deeper layer of guidance and trust in yourself.
Expression, Play & Becoming
The part of you that has nothing to do with being useful, productive, or impressive. This is where your truest self lives before it becomes a role or a performance. For the one who feels lost, this pillar is often the first door back to themselves. For the one who has achieved a great deal, it is often the most neglected.
